Ans - I want to share of my daily life experience which I have observed is that old people are more punctual then this generation because they are more dedicated and consistency .
This generation is very active and vibrant but what about FITTNESS .
Yeah it lacks... A lot ..
So here is a very simple 5 exercise I would like to share with you all for keeping your self healthy and fit
Before starting this exercise just keep that in mind don't
Exercise just after having your meal .
All this exercise you can do it on your bed or floor .
Do each exercise in 20 counts .
1. Plank
2 . SCISSOR
3. RUSSIAN TWIST
4.SIDE PLANK DIPS
5. PLANK LEG LIFT
